What is the Refund Policy?

Make sure you return the jacket to us in the same condition you received it, with all tags intact and in perfect condition. Please note that shipping costs will be at your expense.

Once we receive the product back, our quality team will check it to make sure it meets all the conditions mentioned. If everything is in order, Everest Jackets will refund the total amount paid within a maximum period of 30 calendar days. What is the Guarantee Policy?

In case you find a manufacturing defect in your product, you can request an exchange. However, keep in mind that we do not refund money, except in cases where the right of withdrawal applies. To start the process, complete the request form or contact us through our customer service channels. It is important that you provide specific details about the defect and attach photos of the product to validate the case. Once we receive the product in our Distribution Center, it will be subjected to a quality control process that may take up to 15 business days from when we confirm the delivery.

If it is confirmed that the defect is manufacturing, we will proceed with the exchange and we will notify you. for you to confirm receipt. If the problem is the result of misuse, we will return the product to you along with the quality report, with shipping costs being your responsibility.

What is the Shipping Policy?
